1. Introduction

Welcome to Red Titán. This application is designed for individuals over 18 years old, passionate about soccer, padel, and similar sports, as well as for team and facility administrators. Before using our application, we ask you to carefully read these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By registering and using Red Titán, you agree to the conditions set forth in this document.

2. Registration and Collected Data

To use the application, it is necessary to register by providing the following personal data:

• Full Name: To identify you within the application.
• Phone Number: Used as a contact method for sending notifications, password recovery via SMS, and account activation through an OTP code.
• Email Address: Required for sending important notifications, such as payment confirmations and password recovery.
• Nickname: Username by which you will be identified within the platform.
• Document Number: To validate your identity and meet registration requirements for tournaments.

This data is essential to provide you access to the application, allow your participation in tournaments, manage your reservations at sports facilities, and ensure the security of your account. Additionally, it enables us to offer you better service through personalized notifications and reminders.

3. User Subscriptions

The application offers a subscription system aimed at delegates (team managers). This subscription allows them to access exclusive features within the platform, such as:

• Creating soccer matches and managing events within the application.
• Joining as a visiting team in matches published by other delegates.

Cost and Renewal

• The subscription costs 100,000 guaraníes per month.
• The subscription payment is processed through Pagopar, in accordance with its terms and conditions.
• The subscription must be renewed monthly to maintain access to the mentioned features.

Expiration and Restrictions

If the subscription expires and is not renewed, the delegate will lose access to creating matches and the ability to join as a visiting team in matches published by other delegates. To restore these features, the user must renew their subscription through a new payment. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their subscription is active to continue using these features without interruptions.

4. Purchases and Payments

Red Titán does not allow direct purchases within the application. However, payments for services such as facility reservations, tournament registrations, and subscriptions for scheduling soccer matches are processed through Pagopar, an external payment platform.

The processing of these payments is subject to Pagopar's terms and policies, so Red Titán does not store or directly manage sensitive payment information, such as card numbers or banking credentials.

By making a payment, the user agrees that the validation, security, and success of the transaction depend on Pagopar. In case of payment issues, the user must contact Pagopar's support directly for resolution.

5. Data Security and Storage

In our application, we take the security of your information very seriously. Below, we explain how we store and protect it:

• Where is your data stored? We store your information in a secure database on our server, which is managed with reliable technology.
• How do we protect your data? Passwords are encrypted so that no one can see them, not even us. We use secure connections (HTTPS) to ensure data travels safely between your device and our servers. We apply security measures to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or cyberattacks.
• Who can access your information? Only authorized personnel have access to the data, and only for necessary purposes.
• How long do we store your information? We store your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. If you decide to delete your account, your information will be securely deleted.
• Do we make backups? Yes, we perform regular backups to prevent data loss in case of technical failures.

6. Data Retention Duration

User data is stored indefinitely. Each user is responsible for maintaining or deleting their data within the application.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time from the application. Deletion is irreversible and includes the removal of:

• Personal data
• Reservation history
• Match records
• Tournament participations

Exception: Payment records will be retained, but user information will be unlinked from them, ensuring they cannot be identified.

8. Usage Restrictions

Red Titán does not allow content publication but does establish restrictions regarding reservations:

• Late cancellation: Canceling a reservation with less than 2 hours' notice will affect the user's reputation. To avoid penalties, users must inform the facility manager in advance of any issues or contact 595 985 522227.

9. Penalties for Non-Compliance

Users who violate the terms of use may be suspended from the application.

10. Advertising and Cookies

Red Titán may include advertising from partner companies and sponsors. The application may use cookies and similar technologies to track user activity.
